At Finannova S.L. we handle your personal data with transparency, proportionality and security, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. In addition, we collect limited technical data through cookies and equivalent technologies, subject to your consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to respond to your information request, keep the necessary communications and comply with our legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing the informational relationship (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep the data for the time strictly necessary to address your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Once those periods elapse, the data is deleted or securely anonymized.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties outside the service, except when required by law. We use technology providers acting as data processors under contract and with adequate safeguards, including email and data hosting services located within the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@finannova.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, activity logs and regular team training. We review these measures periodically.

8. Minors

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly request or process personal data of children under 14.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service-related changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update.
